  • Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe may collect information as described in their privacy policy.
  • License data: We generate and store license files tied to your subscription. These contain your plan tier, entity limits, and expiration date.
  • Contact form submissions: When you reach out via our contact form, we collect your name, email, company, and message content.
  • Usage data: We collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operational purposes.

2. What We Do Not Collect

Morpheus is self-hosted software that runs entirely on your infrastructure. We have no access to your event data, monitoring rules, incident history, entity information, or any other operational data processed by your Morpheus instance. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your license purchase and manage your subscription
  • Generate and deliver license files
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
  • Send transactional emails related to your subscription (renewal reminders, license delivery)
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our Service

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe - Payment processing. Stripe processes your payment data under their own privacy policy.
  • Resend - Transactional email delivery (license delivery, subscription notifications).

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account and license data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored.

We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
